Paying for it
How do I pay?
By card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, on the website. Payments are handled by Paddle, who send your receipts and VAT invoices — we never see your card details.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, your account goes read-only. Nothing is deleted: you can still sign in, look at everything and download it. Subscribe and you carry on exactly where you left off.
Can I get a refund?
If you pay yearly and ask within 14 days, you get it all back. If we charge you by mistake, or something on our side stops you using it, we refund that period. The details are in the refund and cancellation policy.
Will the price go up?
If it ever changes, you'll hear at least 30 days before, and a yearly subscription keeps its price until it renews. You can cancel before any change takes effect.
What happens when I take someone on?
Our Job Book — the same app, built for a small team with vans on the road — is on its way. When it's ready, your jobs, customers and invoices move across with you, so taking someone on never means starting again.
